Tips to help you register for a course

How do I register for E.I. courses?

Decide the start date and the duration of your stay. (see Course dates Spain, Course dates Costa Rica Course dates Mexico).
Choose the city where you would like to study. (see E.I. Centers in Spain, E.I. Centers in Costa Rica, E.I. Centers in Mexico).
Choose the best course for you. (see Courses in Spain, Course in Costa Rica, Courses in Mexico)
Decide what type of accommodations you prefer. (see Accommodations in Spain, Accommodations in Costa Rica, Accommodations in Mexico).
Decide if you will need transportation to/from the airport or medical insurance.
Complete the Enrollment Form.
Send the registration fee of 62 Euros for Spain, or US$ 120 for Costa Rica and Mexico to the Central Registration Office.
Send the Enrollment Form along with the receipt of payment by fax or mail to the address of the Central Registration Office.

Instructions for Registration

Please read this page carefully, then complete the enrollment form.

1.	You can register by Internet at www.escuelai.com, by fax +34 91 883 1301 or by mail sending the Enrollment form to the address of the Central Registration Office in Madrid.
2.	We recommend that you send the following required items at least 20 days before the start of the course. If you register less than 20 days before the course starts, you should contact E.I. by telephone or E-mail to confirm that there are still openings in the course. If there are still openings, we can process your enrollment quickly by fax or E-mail. Enrollment form. 2 passport size photos. Non-refundable registration fee of 62 Euros for Spain, or US$ 120 for Costa Rica and Mexico. Optional: Fee for Airport Transfer Service from the airport to your accommodations (see following pages). Optional: Fee for Medical Insurance for Spain (see following pages).
3.	If you need a student visa in order to participate in a course longer than 90 days, please mark the corresponding space on the enrollment form. We will send you a Certificate of Enrollment so that you can solicit the visa in the nearest Consulate or Embassy of the country you will visit.
4.	Once we receive all documents, we will send you a detailed pre-arrival packet including Confirmation of Registration with the balance payable, information about your accommodations and suggestions for the trip from the airport to the accommodations.

Methods of Payment for Enrollment Fees

Please send the amount of the Registration fee along with the Enrollment form in one of the following ways:

1.	VISA or MasterCard Please sign the authorization form you will find with the printed enrollment form to charge the € 62 or US$ 120 registration fee or the total program fee to your Visa or MasterCard. Or request the aurthorization form by e-mail: info@escuelai.com.
2.	Postal Money Order to the address of the Central Registration Office (not available for US): Escuela Internacional - Oficina Central C/ Talamanca, 10 28807 Alcalá de Henares, Madrid (Spain)
3.	Bank wire transfer (add € 18 for bank commissions). 4.	Bank draft drawn on a Spanish bank. (Personal checks are not accepted.) In Euros for Spain, and in US Dollars for Costa Rica or Mexico.

If you send a payment by Bank Wire Transfer or Postal Money Order, please send a copy of the receipt together with the enrollment form.

All checks should be written out to Escuela Internacional, the first and last name of the student should appear on the check or the money order receipt. E.I. does not accept personal checks.

The remainder of the fees must be paid before the start of the course. You will receive more information with your Confirmation.
