This service is available from the Madrid airport.
If you request this optional service, an E.I. representative will be waiting for you outside of the Baggage Claim Area with a sign that says Escuela Internacional or that has your name written on it. Our representative will take you from the airport directly to the Auto-Res bus station where the representative will purchase your ticket to Salamanca and show you where to get on to the bus.

Bus Schedule
It is important when making airline reservations that you keep in mind the bus schedule. If your flight will arrive later than 21:00 you may need to spend one night in Madrid before making your way to Salamanca. In this case we suggest staying at the Claridge Hotel that is located in the same building as the bus station. For your departure, if your flight leaves earlier than 12:00 you may need to go to Madrid the night before and spend the night in hotel. In either of these cases please see our list of Hotel recommendations in Madrid.
Upon arriving to the Salamanca Bus Station, a representative of Escuela Internacional will be waiting to take you to your accommodations. It is important to remember that if you have requested to live in a family, you should advise the family of your approximate time of arrival so that they know when to be at home waiting for you. If you have requested to live in one of our student apartments, then our representative will give you the keys to the apartment.
If you request this service please send us your flight details as soon as possible. We must receive your details at least 1 week before your arrival in order to arrange for your pick-up.
If on the day of your flight there are any last minute changes, if you miss a connecting flight or your flight is simply delayed please call our emergency number and inform us of these changes so that we can make new transfer
arrangements for you. If for whatever reason you are unable to contact us before arriving to Spain, and after leaving the baggage claim area you do not see our representative waiting for you, please call our emergency number.
